Quogue Police Log: DWIs and Drug Charges
Quogue Village police reports from April 8 through April 18.
The following arrest information was supplied by the Quogue Village Police Department. It does not indicate guilt.
On April 8 Quogue police charged Boanerge Marin-Reyes, 30, of Westhampton Beach, with felony DWI after they stopped him for speeding, making an unsafe lane change and passing in a no passing zone on Old Country Road at 4:39 p.m. Police also charged Marin-Reyes with circumventing an interlock device and aggravated unlicensed, also a felony charge.
Police charged Annie Ragan, 19, of Kingston Rhode Island, with DWI on April 7 at 12:39 p.m. Police say they charged Ragan after they spotted her driving on the shoulder of Montauk Highway. She was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

On April 12, police charged Alexander Haje, 26, of Southampton, for circumventing an interlock device, insufficient tires, aggravated unlicensed in the second degree and possession of marijuana. He was stopped for having excessive window tint on Montauk Highway.
