Suspended Registration
According to Quogue Police, on Jan. 4 at 1:02 p.m. Peter Ganguzza, 27, of Westhampton Beach was stopped on Country 104 when police used a license reader and found that the car Ganguzza was driving had a suspended registration. Ganguzza was pulled over and charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor.

On Jan. at 11:42 p.m., police witnessed a car driving erratically on County Road 80. The vehicle, police say was swerving into the shoulder. Police pulled the car over and found the driver, Katherine Wheeler, 19, Hampton Bays to be intoxicated. She was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, as well as unlawful possession of alcohol with intent to consume, also a misdemeanor.

On Jan. 17 at 4:32 p.m. police arrested Cory Macwhinnie, 22, of watermill, for aggravated unlicensed and for driving with an expired registration, both misdemeanors. Macwhinnie was pulled over after police used a license reader, which indicated that the car Macwhinnie was driving had an expired registration.
