Police Log: Police Make Marijuana and DWI Arrests

Southampton Police reports from May 8 to May 16.

On May 12, Southampton Police arrested Christian Greco, 29, of New York City on charges of DWI, a misdemeanor. Police say Greco was pulled over for swerving on Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays. While interviewing Greco, they found he had been drinking, police said.

On May 11, Jaime Llanos-Mazuera, 36, of Hampton Bays was arrested for false impersonation and unlicensed operation of a vehicle.  According to police, Llanos-Mazuera, was pulled over for driving his car without a plate lamp.  Police soon found that Llanos-Mazuera was carrying a forged ID card that did not have his actual name.

On May 13, police arrested Eric Debeauchamp, 18, of Center Moriches for unlawful possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, on Columbia Avenue in Westhampton. Police say they found Debeauchamp in a wooded area off Columbia Avenue. When they approached him, they smelled pot. Police say he had a leafy green substance in his possession.

On May 14, police arrested Kelly Marcucci, 23 of Riverhead on Terrace Drive in Hampton Bays for DWI, a misdemeanor. Police say Marcuccio failed to signal and was pulled over. Police say she had glassy eyes and slurred speech.
