say an investigation led them to charge a Hampton Bays teen with a felony criminal mischief charge after they discovered that she damaged a 2007 BMW 328 that was parked in an East Quogue driveway on August 6.
Southampton police charged Marlee N. Riebenfeld, 18, with second degree criminal mischief on Jan. 15 for allegedly intentionally denting and scratching the BMW that was in a driveway on Woodleigh.
Reibenfeld was held overnight and arraigned in Southampton Justice Court where she was released on her own recognizance.
