Flanders Man Charged With Driving Drunk With 8-Year-Old In Car

Police stopped driver on Flanders Road.

A Flanders man was charged with driving while intoxicated with an eight-year-old child in the car early Tuesday morning.

According to Southampton Town Police, on Tuesday at approximately 12:10 a.m., Flanders resident Cristobal Espinoza, 32, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated Leandra's Law, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

Police said Espinoza was observed traveling on Flanders Road in Flanders failing to maintain his traffic lane; he was stopped at Flanders Road at Pleasure Drive by police, and, during the investigation it was found that Espinoza was operating in an intoxicated condition with an eight-year-old child in the rear seat, police said.

The child was returned to his mother and Espinoza was transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters for processing and held for a morning arraignment.

REG flag all DMV's and Ins companies in the U.S. so he cannot get another car on the road.. Take the car away for good.. If he is undocumented then this man and all his family members DEPORTED!!!! NO second chances... If he drives another car even for a job that car gets taken away....Stop this once and for all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im so sick of the racist comments! The man should be punished for driving drunk with his kid in the car PERIODl Boy hate runs deep.
