Crimes Nearby: Heroin, Cocaine Dealer Busted in North Sea, DA Says

Michael Johnson charged with several felonies after his arrest last week.

The following information was supplied by the East End police departments and the Suffolk County District Attorney's office. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.

Further charges include seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and acting in a manner injurious to a child, all misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Johnson was arraigned in Southampton Town Justice Court and bail was set at $5,000.
