Cops: Teens Busted For Damaging Public Bathroom

Arrests made by Westhampton Beach Police April 10 though April 16

The following information was supplied by the Southampton Town Police department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate convictions.

say they have found the culprits who damaged the public restrooms on Glovers Avenue on the evenings of April 9 and 10.

According to police, three teens were nabbed after police viewed surveillance video and an officer recognized one of the teen's backpacks. Officers were able to locate the teen and obtain a confession.

Police say the teens have not yet been charged and restitution is an option.

Also this week, police charged Aquilino Flores-Allende, 31 of Mastic with DWI. Police say they pulled Flores-Allende over on Montauk Highway at 11:43 p.m. on Sunday for swerving. Police say he failed a filed sobriety test and found an open bottle of Four Loco, an energy/alcoholic drink in his car. He was held over night and released on $750 bail.
