Cops: Stolen Skateboard Gets Teen Felony Charge
Eric O'Brien, 19, of Hampton Bays, was charged on Feb. 15.
Eric O’Brien, 19, of Hampton Bays, was charged with grand larceny, a felony after police learned that he had stolen a skateboard from another teen on Jan. 11.
According to police, O'Brien allegedly stole the California Duster skateboard, valued at $110, from another teen who was walking on Bay Avenue East in Hampton Bays.
An investigation led police to O'Brien, who was charged on Feb. 15.
