Southampton Town Police say they charged a 36-year-old Hampton Bays man after he crashed a car on Lynn Ave. in Hampton Bays on Tuesday.
Police say they charged Dominic A Cruz with driving while impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors.
Police say Cruz was not injured in the single-car crash.
