Cops: Quogue Man Had Multiple DWI Arrests

The following information was supplied by the Quogue Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.

Village of Quogue police have slapped a felony DWI charge on a 24-year-old Quogue man — police said Jamie Brown has had prior DWI arrests.

Police charged Brown on April 24 at 11:30 p.m. after he was pulled over on Montauk Highway for excessive noise, loud music and erratic operation.

Aside from being charged with DWI, Brown was also charged with circumventing an interlock device, a misdemeanor; failure to notify DMV of an address change, a violation; and with a violation of a restricted driver's license.

He was arraigned the following morning in Quogue Village Justice Court.
