Cops: Man Urinates On Ex-Girlfriend's Items

Stephen Greenberg charged with one felony and a misdemeanor.

Earlier this month, Southampton Town Police Detectives arrested a Hampton Bays man who allegedly took various items belonging to his former girlfriend and then urinated on them.

Stephen Greenberg, who is 41, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and third-degree criminal tampering, a misdemeanor, on March 11.

In a statement released Wednesday, police said Greenberg took the items during the summer of 2012 and refused to return to them victim.

It was not clear exactly when he urinated on the items and if he refused to give those items back as well.
