Cops: Burglar Who Bound Victim Caught

Southampton Town Police say they have arrested a 44-year-old man in connection with a 2006 Hampton Bays burglary.

A man who bound a victim while burglarizing a Hampton Bays home in 2006 has been caught.

Police say that on Oct. 19, with the assistance of the Suffolk County District Attorney's office, William S. Miller, 44, was arrested and charged with burglary in the first degree, a felony. He is being held on $500,000 bail.

According to police, in 2006, Miller entered a Hampton Bays home, bound a resident and took cash.
