Cops: Sex Offenders Wanted

The Southampton Town Police Department is seeking information on four convicted sex offenders, who police say have failed to register their last known addresses under New York State Law.

Another Lawsuit Filed Against Town, Police

Yet another lawsuit has been filed against Southampton Town and its police department after a District Attorney investigation led to several overturned convictions last year, in cases investigated by the now-defunct Street Crimes Unit.

Incident Reports: Business Owner Says Bookkeeper Embezzled Money

A Hampton Bays business owner told police on May 21 that his bookkeeper has been embezzling money from his Captial One account for the past three years. Approximately $15,000 has been taken he said. He further reported that he has since fired the bookkeeper. Police are investigating.  Find out what else was reported to Southampton police here

Police Log: Memorial Day Weekend DWI and Drug Arrests

Find a log of 13 people who were charged with DWI over Memorial Day weekend.

Cops: 2 Men Busted, Caught with Coke, Ecstasy in Beach Bar

A Manorville man was cuffed after cops said he was found with cocaine and pot in the parking lot of the Beach Bar in Hampton Bays early Sunday. And a  Calverton man was also busted and charged with drug possession after police said they found him doing drugs in the car.
