Town Police Log: DWI Charge in North Sea

• Manuel Ruiz, 62, of Southampton, was arrested Nov. 11 in North Sea on a charge of drunk driving, a misdemeanor, after he was stopped by cops on Seaweed Road at 7:31 p.m. Police said Ruiz failed roadside sobriety tests and was taken into custody.

Criminal Obstruction of Breath

• A Southampton man, Christian Dilalla, 42, was charged with attempting to suffocate a woman with a pillow Nov. 9 at a residence in North Sea. Police arrested Dilalla at 5:45 p.m. Criminal obstruction of breath is a class A misdemeanor.

As I posted before Whomever DRIVES DRUNK, RED FLAG INS CO. The DVM and take away ALL the cars and privlaged to drive!!!! No trial NO second chances, If they are illegal then DEPORT them immediatly, Im and not saying all people are illegal but if they are DEPORT family and all.. ABUSE IT YOU LOOSE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
