Sept 13: Five Ways to Exercise This Fall

There are plenty of opportunities around town.

1. Yoga For Everybody

The Hampton Bays Library holds a Yoga for Everybody class every Wednesday at 6 p.m. at 52 Ponquogue Avenue in Hampton Bays. The class is free and open to all. For more information, click here

2. Hampton Bays Lions Club First Annual Run/Walk

Participate in the First Annual Community Run/Walk on Saturday at 9 a.m. You can exercise and help the Guide Dog Foundation, the Lions Club scholarship programs, the Hampton Bay Library and the Dominican Sisters program at the same time. The event starts at 9 a.m. at the Hampton Bays Middle School, 70 Ponquogue Avenue in Hampton Bays. For more information, click here.

3. Hiking the Area's Trails

The fall is always a great time to get out and walk some of the area's trailways.  There are many area trails, including ones at and .

4. Dance
