On Monday night, students and parents asked the Board to change the time of graduation from 1 p.m. to an early morning or evening time, according to an article posted on 27east.
Currently, graduation is held at 1 p.m. on the last Sunday in June, however, parents are asking that because of the heat and it's possible effect on elderly attendees, the time be changed to either the early morning hours or later in the afternoon.
