Phillipines Relief Drive

who knows how to get the Air National Guard or Air Force involved in getting the donations being collected in the 5 or 6 stores in suffolk delivered to the Phillipines?  There must be some reservists or active servicemen who know who to talk to.  The lady that started the donation drive said they are planning to truck the donations to the west coast then put them on a boat.  That is way too slow and my experience with donations several years ago is that there is no security in the mail and port systems in the Phillipines.  These goods need to be flown in to a military base....HOW?
