There are a number of empty buildings around the area. In Westhampton Beach there is the bowling alley building, the spot next to on Sunset and The Old Country Inn on Oak Avenue. In Hampton Bays there are empty spots where Rosemary's Restaurant was, the Porky's building, the spot next to and Blockbuster.
