Patch Question: If You Were A Developer, What Would You Put In Empty Stores?

Let your fellow readers know.

There are a number of empty buildings around the area. In Westhampton Beach there is the bowling alley building, the spot next to on Sunset and The Old Country Inn on Oak Avenue. In Hampton Bays there are empty spots where Rosemary's Restaurant was, the Porky's building, the spot next to and Blockbuster.

Patch wants to know: What types of stores would you like to see go into these spots?

Westhampton- a GOOD cafe- that stays open later than 3pm. In the bowling alley- maybe a fitness center- with senior classes too. Yoga and Pilates, a health cafe.

The gym should rent it and add spin classes, sportime is too far away.
