Friday’s Five:

1. Celebrating Public Service

Southampton Town Supervisor is kicking off her campaign for re-election with a celebration at 230 Elm Street in Southampton.  The event is free and open to the public. No donations are requested.  Hors d’oeuvres will be served.

2. Senior Citizen Talent Show

Watch seniors show off their voices and dance moves at a at the Hampton Bays Senior Center at 10:45 a.m.

3. Get Out and Dance

The will be open for dancing from 7:30 to 11 p.m. So strap on those dancing shoes and head out. The fee is $8. For more information, call (631) 728-4340.

4. Fishing Report

This weekend is supposed to be a good one, so if you're going fishing, be sure to check Patch’s fishing report, which will post at 9 a.m.

5. Vote for Elizabeth Lowry

Hampton Bays student Elizabeth Lowry is competing in MSGs Varsity’s Talent Show.  You can vote for her on Sunday. Find out how by clicking back at Patch at 3 p.m.
