Duffy grew up in Manhassett, where she met her husband, Peter, and many great friends, who are still close today. Peter attended the United States Naval Academy and then joined the Marines, which brought the couple around the states. After settling in Quogue, Duffy started selling real estate working assiduously and making many more friends. She will be missed by all.

Donations in Duffy's name can be made to East End Hospice.
