Developer Jay Kopf and New Beginnings To Appear on Around The Beach With Lisa Fox

I love Thursdays.  Tonight on my first guest is Jay Kopf.  Mr. Kopf is hoping to develop the dilapated building on North Phillips Avenue in Speonk.  He will explain what his plans are for the building and what he hopes to accomplish in the Remsenburg-Speonk community.  Allyson Scerri, founder of New Beginnings will also join me.  New Beginnings Community Center is a state-of-the-art outpatient facility designed to provide rehabilitation, management and recovery for community members with traumatic brain injury, physical disabilities, cognitive disabilities or dementia—all in an exceptional, stimulating and safe environment.

I'm also going to survey the best Egg Cream in town.  I have decided that there is a true art to this old fashioned soda. I plan on hitting and on Thursday.  It could be too early to admit, but I have to say that David at makes a really great Egg cream.
