This is a New Moon week, the first New Moon of the Astrological year. The New Moon in Aries is always a time for new starts, new beginning, a time to take action. The energy of this New Moon is a little unstable as it can be testy since the planet Mars is in conjunction with it or it can be something that pushes you to make changes and take control of your life. The Full Moon happens on April 10th at 5:36 AM EST. I would strongly suggest you use the energy of this New Moon to start creating something new and positive in your life. Avoid feeling frustrated by the Mars energy if things don’t go your way right away it’s fine, know that forward moving energy often comes from frustration.
Sunday April 7th we have the Moon in Pisces conjunct the asteroid Chiron, the planet Pluto makes a sextile to these two bodies. Use this energy for healing, both physically and or emotionally. Fix in your life what needs to be fixed on an emotional level to move forward, using this energy prior to the New Moon, clears a path for your moving ahead.
Mid week The Sun, Venus and Mars are all traveling very closely together, this can be a mixed message for all cardinal signs, Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. On one hand you are feeling good and loving on the other you are feeling uncomfortable and restless, a balance of these energy’s is needed, as that lack of balance can lead to feeling disgruntled about life in general, it’s a fairly quick passage so its not a long lasting energy. Since the planets often affect the weather I expect this week to have some extremes in weather, so typical of spring. The winds may play a major part all over the world when it comes to weather events. It can also finally warm up in the North East since Aries is a fire sign.

We end the week with Saturn and Uranus in a very close inconjunct aspect, this is difficult energy it’s a push me pull me and will affect the fixed signs, Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius and the cardinal signs Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. They may all feel torn in many directions, do you want to feel liberated and do what you want to do or does responsibility and demands force you to do what “needs” to be done. The tension in this aspect can have you coming up with new ideas that seem totally weird but work and surprise the traditional type with their innovative yet practical application.
