Tuesday's New Moon Is About Planting Seeds

New Moons are all about beginning things, planting seeds and starting something new.  So each month when we have a New Moon we have an opportunity to begin something, in general we can just use the day of the New Moon to make the plan that needs to be made to get us where we want to get.  But we can also fine tune the use of energy through the understanding of the astrological signs.  Using the energy that the New Moon brings with it makes our job of creating or beginning something that much easier.  

Each month I recommended we use the time of the New Moon to quiet our minds and focus on not just what we want but how the energy of the New Moon is working in our lives, or how we would like it to work in our lives. 

We have a New Moon on Sept 27, 2011 in the sign of Libra.  This is a sign that is all about finding balance, so a New Moon here tells us it’s a great time to put balance in our lives.  If we have areas of our lives that are not working we may want to look and see if they are to heavily weighed on one side or another.  The house this Moon falls in gives us an indication of where we need to look to the balance that will allow us to move forward.

Libra is a sign that is all about doing things with others, so if you want to change something, do it with a friend or lover.  If you want to go on a diet and start an exercise program, ask someone close to you to help you.  Libra is an air sign or mental energy, so it’s a great time to use your mind to create what you want.

One of the difficult aspects to this sign is it has a hard time making up their minds to move in a certain direction, so if you find yourself wavering and questioning how you want to approach something take a deep breath and ask yourself what results do you want, then take the actions that allow those results to happen.
