It’s a Great Time For Talking, Social Activities and Adventure

We are entering an astrologically or astronomically busy time. The next couple of weeks will bring all sorts of activities.
We start this week with the Sun entering the sign of Aquarius and immediately making contact with Aquarius’s ruler the planet Uranus. This is exciting and unpredictable. We are able to think out of the box right now and come up with new solutions to old problems. It’s a great time for talking, social activities and adventure. It’s a time to grab onto life and enjoy it to its fullest.
We also have the planet Venus sextiling the Planet Pluto over the weekend. This is a flirty and seductive energy — it's great for romance. The water signs Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces will be the most affected by this energy,

Tuesday morning 2:39 a.m., to be exact, we have a New Moon in the sign of Aquarius. New Moon’s are all about new beginnings or planting a seed. We want to look at the energy of the sign the New Moon falls in to see how to best use this energy. Aquarius is all about mental energy and taking chances, so you may want to do something that pushes your comfort zone, take that chance that could have big payoff’s. It's also a great time to network and go out of your way to meet new people, especially ones that could help you accomplish your goals.
The biggest shift of energy for the week is the planet Mars going retrograde on Tuesday the 24th, the same day as the New Moon. Mars only does this every two years or so and it's not a comfortable energy for Mars. It can be passive aggressive, Mars likes to be in charge and take action and the retrograde motion causes those feelings to be held in check. It is a great time to do research and make plans for that big move you want to take up the road. Since this retrograde motion is happening in the sign of Virgo, we may hear some news about health care, or the job market that does not sound so great, but when Mars goes direct again in April those things will work themselves out. This is also a great time to slow down and look at what you need to create a healthy life style for yourself.
