Capricorn and Scorpio Rule The Week

Hopefully everyone used the Capricorn New Moon to plant a seed for future growth, Capricorn is a sign that can bring us great success and achievement if we use the energy correctly. Capricorn and Scorpio along with Saturn and Pluto have sway over most of this week.  These are signs and plants that at best represent taking on a project and getting it done, these signs as well as the planets sextile each other meaning we have many opportunities to figure out how to plan for our future.  At worst they can indicate a getting ahead at all costs and getting stuck in ones own personal ideology to the point of blocking out the ideas and  needs of anyone else.  We have all a personal choices on how to use this if we choose the more positive side so much can get done if we choose the latter nothing gets done.  So each of us have both a choice and opportunity this week. The choice involves how you view your world and how you want to succeed in it, the opportunity is the availability of creative ideas.  Most of the week is dominated by this energy, which can also be very financial, so take this creative opportunity to fix your financial life, it’s a time to invest, but wise and steady investments, it’s a time to make a purchase, but something that is of good quality.  It is not a time to be tight fisted, especially at the expense of others.

Mid week the energy of Capricorn and Scorpio is escalated as the planet Venus conjuncts the planet Pluto, this will affect all of us with degree’s between 7-12 of the cardinal and fixed signs, Aries, Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Capricorn and Aquarius.  Scorpio and Capricorn are the most strongly affected.  This conjunction can bring love issues to the surface, if you are the possessive type or you are involved with someone who is possessive now is a time to deal with it, this energy can bring something to a head in relationships.  But it can also be very lucky so it’s a good time to buy that lottery ticket, ask that special someone out to dinner, just avoid those mean green feelings of jealousy and envy.

Towards the end of the week we transition into Aquarian energy as the Sun and Mercury join Mars in the sign of progressive energy.  We start to see some of that slow thoughtful energy of earlier in the week turn a little more energetic and much less patient.  The early in the week energy could bring us some good news on the economic front, but as we enter the Aquarian energy that news may not seem as important.  Now we enter the time of social issues, my guess is end week will bring us some news on gun control propositions in particular.
