Astrological Tidbit—In Astrology the mind is ruled by the planet Mars, the mind is the container for the thoughts that are ruled by the planet Mercury. So we have a separation of the mind and the thoughts within it. The job of the mind is to separate the thoughts that are helpful from the thoughts that we don’t need. If you watch your thoughts you will realize you have many that you really don’t need. The thoughts often create a false illusion that the mind has to rid itself of.
