The Westhampton Beach house is on the market for $1,200,000.
A historical, Victorian house, currently being used as an office building in the heart of Westhampton Beach, has hit the market for $1,2 million.
Jude Lyons of Westhampton Beach Real Estate, who is brokering the house, said it is a great investment with "potential galore."
"Medical use comes to mind, however it can be converted back to living space or a combination of live and work," Lyons said.
