Vinyasa Basics with Martha Weller
Vinyasa Basics is our best class to learn the foundations and essential ingredients of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Become comfortable with the breath (ujjayi), the bandhas (subtle strength centers), the vlow of movement with breath, as an unfolding. Leave this class feeling serene and supple.This class is all levels friendly, open to all ability, age, shape and size! There is always a theme threaded through, new and different each week. ~Namaste!
