The Nest of Knowledge: Make a Giant Outdoor Birds Nest at the Quogue Library

A hands-on and interactive environmental kids art installation that highlights and honors our feathered friends. Help environmental artist and educator Tonito Valderrama build a larger than life nest sculpture one branch at a time. This collaborative installation will focus on learning about the importance and beauty of our Long Island birds and what we can do to help them. The natural materials of the nest sculpture can be used by the local birds for their own nest building as a symbol of giving back to nature.

Please call the library at 631-653-4224 ext. 4 to register.
