Pressure Canning Workshop: "Chicken Soup!"
Presented by Chef Jackie, a long time experienced chef and event caterer and Sweet Woodland Farm's own Rachel Stephens.
In this workshop we will discuss how to can "low acid" foods safely using a pressure canner. We will be making and canning homemade chicken soup.....the perfect thing to have stocked in the pantry during
cold/flu season!

Fee for the class is $20 and all participants will take home a jar of soup at the end of the class.
