Schedule:



April 19th: Soil testing, soil amending, bed preparation, direct seed sowing.

May 17th: Planting; hardening off and transplanting seedlings into the garden.

June 21st: Mulching and Irrigating


July 19th: Organic Pest and Disease Management


August 16th: Harvesting, Vegetable Storage; home canning, drying, and freezing


September 20th: Seed Saving


October 18th: Winter Preparation
