Community Corner

Homestead Tour and Workshop at Sweet Woodland Farm

Learn about what we do here and how it's done. The tour and
presentations will focus on raising chickens, ducks, guinea hens, angora
rabbits, and sheep. Participants will learn about their housing, care,
and what all of these animals provide for us.
Guests will also learn about our Bobwhite Quail and our hatch and release program.


The tour will continue in the organic vegetable garden where we will
discuss our hugelkultur beds and the heirloom varieties we grow.
Beekeeping, yarn spinning, home canning, and MORE!
A sampling of our own cookies, bread, and jams will be provided.

Pre-registration and pre-payment is required.
Fee is $75 per guest and must be sent by check payable to: Sweet Woodland Farm.
