Fermentation Workshop at Sweet Woodland Farm

A workshop in fermentation taught by Cassie Kanz who will demonstrate how to make;
Saturday, April 26th at 2:00 pm

Demonstrations on making;
Milk kefir
Kombucha
Fermented vegetable dishes including kimchee
Sourdough starter for use in breadmaking
Proper equipment will be discussed and participants will be provided with recipes to bring home.
