This informative presentation will discuss the role spirituality plays in maintaining a healthy body. Morrison’s ongoing dissertation, as well as recent studies, supports the position that thinking of and treating the body and mind as a unified system is the most effective way to maintain, restore and heal the physical body. Each participant will be given a personal body assessment and recommendations, and will learn movement methods that can be applied to their yoga practice, exercise routines, and other movement therapies.
