Connect
with the Earth and connect with yourself -- mind, body and spirit -- during a
one-hour yoga class in the Main Room of the Nature Center. This is a Gentle Yoga Program for all fitness
levels, and will be taught by Amy Hess, a certified yoga teacher with the Yoga
Alliance. Students must bring their own mats. 4-week program is $32.00 per person; Walk-in
fee is $12.00. . Payment and pre-registration
recommended.
