Center for Creative Retirement: Today's Program

The Center for Creative Retirement (CCR) meets Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, mornings from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and afternoons from noon to 1 p.m. Retirees seeking an intellectual challenge and social engagement will find in the program just what they are seeking.

Each day brings a fresh perspective on some topic that the members have chosen as part of the syllabus. CCR volunteers research and present the topics. As a member, you can look forward to a rich tapestry of new facts and perspectives.

On Tuesday September 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., attend a class play reading of "The Solid Gold Cadillac," a satire on big business in America.  In the afternoon, after lunch, from noon to 1:00 p.m, be part of a class roundtable discussion of current events--both domestic and foreign--with a gifted and experienced moderator.
