Community Corner

11x14 by The East End Photographers Group, December Exhibit, Art Gallery at the Quogue Library

Artists’ Reception:

Saturday, December 7 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. All are welcome.

The East End Photographers Group (EEPG)
is celebrating its 25th Anniversary as the oldest photographic arts
organization on the East End.  The EEPG
is a non-profit community organization whose stated mission is to promote
photography and the visual arts in a community setting.  The group encourages photographic artists to
exhibit new work at each show.  It also
gives support and a forum to new artists just beginning to exhibit their work as
part of realizing their personal vision.

The EEPG was organized in 1988 by Liz
Glascow and other Springs photographers who initially met to discuss
photography, show their work and have some fun.
The group’s first exhibition was at Ashawagh Hall and they continue the
tradition of an annual photography exhibition at the hall every spring.

digital and alternative photographic processes all framed within the space of
11 x 14 inches.
