The Westhampton Beach Village Trustee meeting last night prompted the continuation of outside legal advice and prompted the need for the state to step in and start an investigation into the villages finances — overpayments or underpayments who knows the real answers here.
This board is stepping up its investigation to try to figure out the answers to questions that no one can seem to answer. Yes, there are discrepencies and some say it is due to overpayments while others say they are related to underpayments. Some say things were remedied, while others say things were not remedied.
And in other business, Village Justice Lowe resigned and there was no mention of a replacement.
