Spring Is In the Air; WHB Readies for the Season

Main Street gets ready for the next season.

Now that March is here, before you know it, the St. Patrick's Day Parade will be marching down Main Street, which to me, has always been the unofficial kick off to our season in Westhampton Beach.

We made it through the winter — a mild one this year compared to years gone by — and this year, you will notice some stores are closing and new stores are opening in town.

I want to wish good luck to the new stores, while I'm sorry to see that some are leaving. With the economy looking up and the stock market climbing in the right direction, there is hope that this will be a great summer.
