Your Weekend Planner: Sidewalk Sale, Duck Race and Joe Jackson Performs

1. Pine Barrens Workshop for Kids

Join Tom Stock, an enthusiastic, energetic, and retired science teacher for an interactive workshop filled with fun and activities at the Quogue Wildlife Refuge on Sat. at 9:30 a.m. The event is free.

2. Family Fun Day and Rubber Duckie Race

On Sat., the Hampton Bays Civic Association is holding a fundraising event at Cowfish Restaurant, complete with puppet shows, free food for children, a raw bar, adult food for purchase, a silent auction, raffles throughout the afternoon, a duck race. The event starts at noon. Find out more here.

3. Community Wine Tasting

A wine tasting will take place at St. Marys' Church in Hampton Bays at 7 p.m. The cost is $35.

4. Westhampton Beach Sidewalk Sale

The Westhampton Chamber of Commerce is hosting a sidewalk sale on Main Street in Westhampton Beach on Saturday and Sunday.

5. Joe Jackson & The Bigger Band featuring Regina Carter

Joe Jackson and the Bigger Band will be performing at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center on Sunday at 8 p.m. Tickets are $150.

Also this weekend, is the Hampton Bays Chamber of Commerce's annual Chili Contest, which is being held at the Boardy Barn on Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
