The project, according to Aceshowbiz.com, has a cast including Cate Blanchett, Michael Emerson, Alec Baldwin, Peter Sarsgaard and Louis C.K. The plot and the title of the comedy have yet to be disclosed, but is set to be released in sometime in 2014.

While in the area, the cast and crew ate at Docker's Waterside in East Quogue. The eatery was contracted for breakfast and lunch during the two-day shoot.

This is not the first time Allen has filmed in Quogue. In 2004, a scene from Melinda and Melinda was shot on Dune Road. Allen also filmed in Westhampton Beach. A portion of "Husbands and Wifes" was shot at a 1895-built beach house, which is currently on the market as a rental.

Also filming in Westhampton Beach this September is "Royal Pains." The television show will be on location "sometime in mid-September" and is currently hiring locals as extras. Find out more here.
