A pre-submission application for a controversal 100-foot, T-Mobile cell tower to be built behind the East Quogue Fire House on Montauk Highway was approved by the Town of Southampton Planning Board.

5. Town Won't Commence Legal Action Against Hidden Cove Motel

The Southampton Town Board has decided that they will not take legal action against the Hidden Cove Motel, according to Jennifer Garvey, a spokeswoman for the Town of Southampton.
