On Thursday afternoon, in celebration of Arbor Day, the was once again designated as a Tree City by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. This is the 24th year in a row that the village received the honor.

According to Lt. Christopher Isola, the Quogue Police Department is kicking off a new campaign that aims to teach as many people as possible a CPR technique that has been touted by the American Heart Association, called Hands-Only CPR.
