'Prime' Location Available on Main [Empty in Westhampton-Hampton Bays]

A recent move of the from 101 West Montauk Highway, to 154 West Montauk Highway has left a vacancy in their former retail space. Owner of the building, Richard Ruffner says he's hoping to fill the space before the summer.

"I've gotten a few calls on it already," said Ruffner, who said the space, which can be used for office or retail, is "prime" with a deck area. It also, he said gets lots of exposure since it is in a building that is closer to the main drag and near the movie theater.

"It is a building that stands out," said Ruffner.

Ruffner says he is looking to rent the space for $1,599 a month.
