’s , located in Hampton Bays, has recently been recognized with IPRO’s End Stage Renal Disease Network of New York's the Five-Diamond Award. The center is one of 11 of 243 facilities in New York State that have been presented with the award.
The award was given for the center's "exemplary patient safety," according to a statement from the hospital.
