Million Dollar Home Goes to The Highest Bidder

The Enzo Morabito team at Prudential Douglas Elliman is determined to sell 499 Dune Road in Westhampton Beach quickly.  So much so that they are auctioning the house through a reserve auction.

The get the bidding going, the price of the home, says Aimee Martin, of the Enzo team, has been reduced from $2.599 million to at starting bidding price of $1.849 million.

Bidding on the home started last Sunday and will continue for the next two weeks with two open houses scheduled for March 18 and March 25 from noon to 2 p.m. on both days.

According to Martin, the house features 70 feet of direct ocean frontage, a pool and a two-bedroom guest cottage. It was also completely renovated two years ago.

Martin said there have been some offers on the property since the bidding began, but nothing solid as of yet.
