Holiday Event Guide for Westhampton and Hampton Bays

1. Bideawee's Photos with Santa

Looking for the perfect photo for your Holiday Card? Bideawee is hosting a photo with Santa event on Dec. 8 from 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. The fee is a $10 donation.

2. Visit Santa's Workshop

From noon to 3 p.m. on Dec. 8 Hampton Watercraft & Marine is hosting a Santa's workshop event, where kids can help Santa's elves make Christmas ornaments, reindeer food and other crafts. Refreshments will be available and the business will be collecting non-perishable food to help fill a boat and deliver the food to the Salvation Army food Pantry.

3. Holiday High Tea

The Westhampton Free Library will host a holiday tea on Dec. 8 at 1:30 p.m. The cost is $6.

4. Santa Claus/Paws

The Southampton Animal Shelter is hosting a holiday party on Dec. 9 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The event will feature photos with Santa for your pets and refreshments. The event is free.

5. Santa Visits The Castle

Santa will be at the Castle in Westhampton Beach on Dec. 9 at 4 p.m. The event will also feature a craft and refreshments. The cost is $10 per child. Pre-registration is required.

6. Vienna Boys Choir

See the Vienna Boys Choir perform at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center on Dec. 9 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $85.

7. Hampton Bays Beautification Association Holiday Luncheon

The Hampton Bays beautification Association will hold their annual holiday luncheon on Dec. 12 at 11:30 a.m. at Oaklands in Hampton Bays. The cost is $30 per person.

8. Old-Fashioned Holiday Cookie Swap

The Hampton Bays Library will host a cookie swap on Dec. 12 at 7 p.m. To participate bring three-dozen, home-made holiday cookies along with recipes and an extra container to take cookies home to the library at the time of the program, which is free. Drinks will be provided.

9. Special Reading of Christmas Poems by Vito Gentile

Vito Gentile, a native New Yorker, will read Christmas poems on Dec. 16 at 2 p.m. at the Quogue Library. The event is free.

10. Maranatha Gospel Choir

Hear the sounds of the Maranatha Gospel Choir at the Westhampton Free Library on Dec. 16 at 3 p.m. The event is free.

11. Greater Westhampton Chamber - Holiday Dinner

The Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce will hold their annual holiday dinner on Dec. 19 at 6:15 p.m. at Casa Basso in Westhampton. The cost is $40 per person.

12. Christmas Tree & Nativity Blessing

On Dec. 15, the Church of St. Rosalie will hold their annual Christmas Tree and Nativity Blessing at 6 p.m.
