Former Night Club Property Could Be Subdivided

An application to subdivide the East Quogue Cruzin East property has been submitted to the planning department.

The owner of the former East Quogue Cruzin East nightclub has submitted an application to subdivide the property, making way for four homes, according to an article published on 27east.

The Montauk Highway property, owned by Madeline Cuomo, has sat vacant since the early 1980s. The building sits dilapidated, boarded up and riddled with graffiti. It is expected that the building will be knocked down as part of the subdivision.

27east reports that a hearing was held on the application in December and the Planning Board is expected to review the application in the next month.
