Dec. 16: 5 Holiday Happenings This Weekend

The will hold a Christmas party and fundraiser on Friday at 5 p.m.. It will be held at the home of Meryle and John King in Remsenburg. A minimum donation of $30 is expected.

The is presenting it's 2nd annual Holiday House Tour on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Visit five Quogue houses decorated for the holidays, followed by a festive cocktail party from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. 

3. Christmas Tree Lighting and Nativity Blessing

will hold a Christmas tree lighting and Blessing of the Crèche (nativity) outside of the church before the 6 p.m. Mass on Saturday. A chimenea (outdoor fireplace) will be lit, hot chocolate will be served and Avent and Christmas carols will be sung. There will even be pony rides. Guests are asked to wear Santa hats and jingle bells.

4. The Nutcracker Sweet

5. Children's Christmas Pageant

A Christmas Pageant will be held at the Hampton Bays Assembly of God on Sunday at 10:30 a.m. The event is free.
