Cops: Speonk Burglar Caught
Shaun Pritchard, 24, of Coram, was slapped with a felony.
A collaboration among Southampton and Riverhead police officers resulted in the arrest of a Coram man for burglary in second degree, a felony.
The charges were filed after police, while investigating use of a suspicious laptop, connected Shaun Prichard, 24, to a burglary that was reported in Speonk.
According to police, Pritchard, in the early morning hours of Feb. 26, stole a MacBook Pro computer worth $1400.00; $400.00 in cash; and a TAG watch worth approximately $1400.00 from the residence.

Pritchard was also charged with criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor and was arraigned at Southampton Justice Court and remanded to Suffolk County Jail in lieu of $10,000.00 bail.
